Plans
Xagent has two self-serve plans — Pro and Team — plus Enterprise for organisations that need more. Each plan gives your whole team a shared monthly allowance, and the limits below apply per team rather than per person.
Plan Comparison
| What you get | Pro | Team | Enterprise |

What the Allowances Mean
| Allowance | What consumes it |
|---|---|
| Actions | Each step an agent takes — every tool call or step counts as one action. |
| AI credits | Model usage. A step that calls a built-in model also draws credits. Roughly 1,000 credits is about one US dollar of model usage. Models you add with your own API key never use credits — the provider bills you directly. |
| Team seats | How many people can be in the team. This is a live headcount, not a monthly total. |
| Knowledge base storage | Total size of everything your team has uploaded to team knowledge bases. Also live — deleting files frees space immediately. |
Actions and AI credits reset at the start of each billing period. Seats and storage are current measurements, so they go up and down as you use them.
Bring your own model key to avoid credit usage
If you connect your own model provider key, that usage never touches your AI credits. Teams doing heavy model work often mix the two: built-in models for convenience, their own key for volume. See Models.
Enterprise
Enterprise removes every limit and supports bringing your own model provider key. It is arranged with the sales team rather than bought through self-serve checkout, so there is no plan button for it in the app.
Billing Periods
Pro and Team can be billed monthly or yearly. You choose the interval at checkout.
Choosing a Plan
- Pro — an individual or a pair working together, with moderate agent usage.
- Team — a working team up to ten people, with roughly five times the monthly allowance and considerably more knowledge base storage.
- Enterprise — no caps, more seats than Team allows, or a requirement to use your own model keys throughout.
Seats are enforced when someone accepts an invitation
You can send more invitations than you have seats. The limit is checked when the invitee accepts — at which point their acceptance fails rather than yours. Only an admin can free a seat or upgrade, so invite within your seat count to avoid confusing your teammates.
Upgrades take effect immediately
Upgrading raises your limits right away. The change is confirmed through Stripe, so your new allowance appears once the payment is processed. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
If a subscription lapses
A team without an active paid subscription falls back to an internal state with no allowance — no actions and no AI credits — so agents cannot run until a plan is active again. Existing data is not deleted.
