Quickstart
This walks you through creating your account, signing in, and asking Xagent for your first piece of work. No installation and no technical setup — Xagent runs in your browser.
Before You Start
- An email address, or a Google account if you would rather sign in with Google
- To know which country your account should belong to — see the note in Step 1, as this cannot be changed later
- If you are joining colleagues, ask them which country their team was created in
Step 1 — Create Your Account
Go to cloud.xagent.co and choose Register now at the bottom of the sign-in box.
Choose your country before anything else
Your country is detected automatically and can be edited only before you register — it cannot be changed afterwards. It determines which region your account belongs to. If you are joining an existing team, select the same country that team was created in, otherwise you will not be able to join it.
Then either:
- Choose Continue with Google, or
- Fill in the form below

Select Create Account to finish.
Step 2 — Sign In
At cloud.xagent.co, enter your email address and password, then choose Log In. You can also use Continue with Google.
Sign in with your email, not your username
You choose a username when registering, but sign-in uses your email address. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in box.
Step 3 — Run Your First Task
A task is one piece of work you ask for. Describe the outcome you want in plain language — you do not need to explain how to do it.
- Open the task input box.
- Describe what you want, in a sentence or two.
- Submit it, and watch the agent plan and work through the steps.
- Collect the result when it finishes.
Not sure what to ask for first?
The quickest start is a template — a ready-made agent for a common job. Each one ships with sample prompts you can run as-is, with the parts you should replace highlighted. Xagent is commonly used for work like lead qualification, interview scheduling, support triage, invoice processing and content production.
Step 4 — Find Your Way Around
The pieces you will meet most often:

What to Expect
- Your account belongs to the country you chose at registration.
- You sign in with your email address.
- Tasks run in the background — you can watch each step, and step in if you want to adjust.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| You cannot join a colleague's team | Check the country on your account matches the one their team was created in. Country cannot be changed after registration. |
| Your password is rejected as too short | Passwords must be at least 6 characters. |
| Signing in with your username does not work | Sign in with your email address. A username is only used at registration. |
| You have forgotten your password | Use Forgot password? on the sign-in box. |
